bigger than you think

it blew my mind when i came across the link to this amazing image. you will need to click on the image once to make it bigger. it's a great visual of what is out there in space...and how immense it is. take your time & take it all in.

several thoughts popped in my mind as i went through it. one is simply how creative god is, to have created not only our planet, but the vastness that it spins in. along with all the planets, stars, comets, meteors and everything else that's out there. it makes me wonder what else is out there that we cannot imagine. another thought is how humbling it is to be part (in a very tiny way) of all of that vastness. it made me think of the sequoia trees and how tiny everything else seems in comparison.

Just an INCREDIBLE reminder to never, ever, ever judge a book by its cover. I love to watch Simon Cowell's face at the beginning, through the performance and then at the end. Piers' face is just as entertaining. Not to mention I love Les Miserables. Love it.
